Without doubt the signature hole. A long par 4 measuring over 450yds, this hole provides unsurpassed views of the Firth of Clyde and surrounding area. Out of bounds along the right hand side makes the left hand side of the fairway a preferable option. A well struck tee shot avoiding the trees on the left will leave a middle or long iron to a two tier green next to the splendid clubhouse which is protected by 3 large bunkers. Walk off this green with par will leave after round refreshments tasting much sweeter.
